How do I show a monthly price and startup fees?

Each line has its own frequency: startup is paid once, cleaning recurs every month. The quote separates the amount due at signature from what recurs each month.

Can the manager ask for changes before signing?

Yes. They leave a comment on the relevant section; you're notified, you update the quote, and they find the current version at the same link.

Can the invoice follow automatically?

If you use QuickBooks, yes: the invoice is created at signature and the payment is recorded there. HubSpot connects too, to keep track of your clients.
