Welcome to Propulxia. These terms govern access to and use of our platform and services. By using our website or application, you fully accept these terms.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") set out the conditions under which the Propulxia platform is made available and used.
Access to the platform and use of our services by any user (hereinafter "the User" or "you") implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept all or part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Access to the business proposal generation and management services requires creating a user account by providing accurate and complete information.
- Credential security: The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password). Any access to the platform using your credentials is deemed to have been made by you.
- Multiple accounts (multi-user): Depending on the plan subscribed, the account administrator (tenant owner) may invite other team members (sales reps, writers, editors). Each team member must have their own individual account.
- Conduct: You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes, and not to attempt to harm Propulxia's infrastructure.
Propulxia includes an intelligent assistant based on generative artificial intelligence technologies to help you draft your proposals.
Suggestions, structures, and content generated by Propulxia's AI are provided for guidance to assist you in your drafting process. Propulxia does not guarantee the accuracy, legal validity, or completeness of the generated content. The User is solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and bearing the consequences of any business proposals they choose to send to their clients.
Access to Propulxia is provided under a permanent free plan or a paid monthly or annual plan.
- Free plan: The Discovery plan is free with no time limit and requires no credit card. It grants access to the platform within the quotas specific to that plan, listed on our Pricing page (notably a maximum number of proposals and AI credits). Access does not expire; only these quotas apply.
- Applicable terms: The terms of your plan (price, quotas, features) are those in effect at the time of your subscription. A subsequent change to our pricing is not applied to you automatically: it takes effect for your account only after your agreement or prior notice from us.
- Billing and payment: Payment processing is delegated to our providers (Stripe). Each subscription period is billed as a one-time payment: no automatic charge is made and no payment method is billed without an action on your part. Renewal happens at your initiative from your management dashboard.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your company settings. Your account then reverts to the free Discovery plan: your data and proposals are retained, within the quotas of that plan. No cancellation fee applies.
- Payment default: Any late or failed payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the platform.
Ownership of the Platform:
All elements of the Propulxia platform (software, interface, design, logos, source code, databases, brand guidelines) are the exclusive property of Propulxia and are protected by copyright.
Ownership of Your Content:
You retain full ownership and control over all content, proposals, client lists, products, or pricing you create or import into Propulxia. We do not use your proposals or data for any purpose other than operating and improving your own workspace.
Propulxia strives to keep the platform accessible 24/7, but cannot be held to an obligation of result in the event of scheduled maintenance, network overload, or a failure attributable to our infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, third-party hosts).
To the extent permitted by law, Propulxia shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business contracts resulting from the use of the platform or a temporary interruption thereof.
These two actions are distinct and do not have the same consequences.
Cancelling your subscription:
Can be done at any time from your company settings. Your account reverts to the free Discovery plan: you retain access to your workspace, your proposals, and your clients, within the quotas of that plan. No data is deleted and you may resubscribe whenever you wish.
Deleting your account:
Can be done by contacting our support team. This action is permanent:
- Access to the application and proposals is immediately suspended.
- Public proposals shared via an external link will no longer be accessible to your clients.
- Your data is permanently deleted from our production databases within a maximum of 30 days, except for records required for our legal obligations (invoices).
Propulxia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to adapt them to changes in the Service or applicable law. Users will be informed of major changes by email or via an in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
