Do I need to be a Propulxia customer?
You need a Propulxia account, which holds your link and your dashboard. The free forever plan is enough, no credit card needed. Representing an organization that would rather not open an account? Write to us at support@propulxia.com.
How is a customer attributed to me?
A visitor who follows your link is remembered for 60 days in their browser. If they create their account within that window, they are attributed to you. The first link followed wins: another link clicked later does not replace yours.
How long do I earn commissions?
For 12 months from the customer’s first payment.
When and how do I get paid?
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the invoice: that is the refund window. Payouts are made by our team (Interac transfer, PayPal…) once $50 or €50 has accumulated, in the invoices’ currency.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referral is refused, and only a new account can be attributed: an account created more than 7 days ago or that has already paid cannot.
What if a customer gets a refund?
The commission on the refunded invoice is cancelled.
What do I see about my customers?
The number of clicks, sign-ups and paying customers, and your commissions. Never the name or billing of the customers you brought in.
What if the program changes?
Closing the program does not stop commissions on customers already attributed to you, as long as your participation remains active.
