Can I have the brokerage contract signed in Propulxia?
No. In Quebec, the brokerage contract is signed on the mandatory OACIQ form. The proposal presents your plan and gets the optional services accepted; the template says so clearly to the seller.
Where does my commission go?
In the brokerage contract, not in the pricing table. The template's pricing table only shows optional services, such as home staging or video, that the seller can tick.
Can the seller ask questions before the meeting?
